These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS text-message program offered by Pathfinder Holding Company(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up page, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you opt in, you will receive text messages about off-market and investment properties matching your stated criteria, account and transaction updates, one-time verification passcodes, and conversational messages related to active deals.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on available properties and your activity with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending messages. You may re-join at any time by replying START or by signing up again.
